ILLUSTRATED Bal-A-Vis-X, is designed for use
in conjunction
with Bill Hubert’s The Complete
Bal-A-Vis-X DVD set AND with written instructions contained in his Bal-A-Vis-X:
Rhythmic Balance/Auditory/Vision eXercises for Brain and Brain-Body
Integration book.
Its purpose is to render in “freeze frame” the same
Bal-A-Vis-X exercises in the same order as presented in the DVDs.
