The Exercises
Bal-A-Vis-X
is a series of Balance/Auditory/Vision eXercises,
of varied complexity,
all of which are deeply rooted in rhythm.

Exercises are done with sand-filled bags and racquetballs, sometimes while standing on a balance board.
